For sales demos: fills this shop’s inbox with realistic sample calls (an emergency, an urgent no-heat with a newborn, routine calls, a spam call, a booked job). They’re tagged Sample and never count toward the plan.
After a demo, Reset demo deletes every call in this inbox (your test calls too) and puts the assistant name, announcement, facts and intake questions back to the demo defaults.
Trial shop: Clear sample calls removes only the samples; the shop’s real calls stay.

Until payments are automated: send each shop with a total an invoice on the 1st. A month is billed if the shop was Active at any point in it (full plan price, no proration), at the plan it had for most of its active days. Calls count only while it was Active. Spam, wrong numbers and sample calls never count.
